Privacy Policy

Valley Value (“we”, “us”) designs one-page websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through valleyvalue.co and by email, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Preview request form. When you use the form on our site, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), your trade, your current website (optional), and your message.
• Email. If you email us at carlos@valleyvalue.co, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your business details, text, and photos for your site.
• Payments. If you approve your preview, we send you an invoice through PayPal. PayPal processes the payment, whether you pay by card or with a PayPal account. We never see or store your card number. PayPal sends us a payment confirmation that includes your name, email address, and the amount paid.
• Basic server logs. Our site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to run and protect the service.

How we use it

• To reply to you and build your free preview.
• To make the changes you ask for, launch your site, and send your invoice.
• To provide upkeep (hosting and small edits) if you sign up for it.
• To keep the records we need for taxes and accounting.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we only email you about your preview and your project.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to do the work:

• Netlify hosts our website and receives preview request form submissions. Each submission is stored in our Netlify account and a copy is emailed to carlos@valleyvalue.co.
• Proton Mail hosts our email inbox.
• PayPal sends our invoices and processes payments.
• Namecheap, only if we help you register a domain name in your name.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and project details for as long as we’re working together, and keep payment and invoice records as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. If you don’t go ahead after your preview, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing carlos@valleyvalue.co. We’ll reply by email.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
